Our regular curry recipe is not dairy free so I shouldn't really have it.<br />Looking forward to having tofu again - yes I was a vegetarian in the 80s but not a hippy!<br />I ate tofu many times when eating out but never cooked with it. <br />I expected Quorn to be like it, but it was quite different as my experiment a few weeks ago showed. (Incidentally I did the recipe again yesterday but with turkey mince and it was a big hit).<br />I'll probably change the oil to sunflower oil as that's better for MS though not as tasty as olive oil. <br />If I can persuade Phil I'll let you know how it goes.
